Personal Experience:

Phil excels at sports, with a history that includes over 25 years of competition in surf and still water rowing, 25 years of surf lifesaving, national road, track and mountain bike racing, and competitive cross-country and free-ride mountain ski racing!

Phil also has more than 20 years of experience with advanced resistance training.

Professional Qualifications:

Phil is a registered personal trainer and holds the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Fitness and in addition is a graduate of the internationally recognised Fitness Master Trainer program from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

Phil also holds a Senior First Aid certificate.
